Absolutely awesome!!! Cleaned and packaged first class. If you want to share my "secret way" that guarantees fork tenderness please feel free. What I do is put them in my instant pot (pressure cooker) for 25 minutes. Remove them, let them rest. Then I do the egg dip, flour, panko dredge. Put them on a tray and cool them in the refridge for a short while to set up. Then pan fry just long enough to get that nice crunch. Works for me!!!
