We have been getting this tuna for several year's. Not only for ourselves but family members. Will not ever buy tuna or clams in the grocery store. This is the best!!! 🙂
I bought it as a gift for my parents 96/88 years young. They both said it was the best smoked fish they ever had. They are going to open the smoked oysters next, then the smoked Chinook salmon. I'll continue sending this gift to them moving forward thank you so much!

I haven’t tried the Salmon yet, but oh my gosh the smoked oysters are absolutely amazing. Going to place a new order. My new go to treat for some old bones. I love them. Everything is always superior to anything out there.

How do you describe the perfect tuna ? Just like the smoked version this is great tuna. Great for a simple sandwich or tasty casserole, tuna cakes, pasta and tuna avocado on crackers.
Absolutely awesome!!! Cleaned and packaged first class. If you want to share my "secret way" that guarantees fork tenderness please feel free. What I do is put them in my instant pot (pressure cooker) for 25 minutes. Remove them, let them rest. Then I do the egg dip, flour, panko dredge. Put them on a tray and cool them in the refridge for a short while to set up. Then pan fry just long enough to get that nice crunch. Works for me!!!
