A Columbia River treat that is becoming increasingly difficult to find, but we've got it at Bell Buoy! Great for dips and spreads.
Wild Sturgeon quotas have been cut severely in recent years. Only a few thousand were allowed to be caught and sold in 2025, and only by Native Nations. We secured approximately 100 fish from fishermen of the Warm Springs Tribe and smoked and canned them fresh in February 2025.
