Smoked Sturgeon
A Columbia River treat that is becoming increasingly difficult to find, but we've got it at Bell Buoy! Great for dips and spreads.
Wild Sturgeon quotas have been cut severely in recent years. Only a few thousand were allowed to be caught and sold in 2025, and only by Native Nations. We secured approximately 100 fish from fishermen of the Warm Springs Tribe and smoked and canned them fresh in February 2025.
We ship fresh seafood on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
All fresh seafood is shipped via 1-day air and packed with gel packs in a Styro container to keep it cold while it travels.
I bought it as a gift for my parents 96/88 years young. They both said it was the best smoked fish they ever had. They are going to open the smoked oysters next, then the smoked Chinook salmon. I'll continue sending this gift to them moving forward thank you so much!
Glad to hear your parents loved the seafood...here's to many more years of tasty smoked fish gifts! Thanks for the review; we appreciate you!
Your canned seafoods are the best. I love making the clam recipe you have with the minced razor clams. Always a hit!
Can't beat the clam recipe...always a hit! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review; we appreciate it!

Thank you for the review, we appreciate it!
There are foods we like, those we love, and even favorites, but then there is the very special class of foods I can only categorize as Legendary.
For me, the smoked sturgeon I had when I was about 10 or 11 years old has been that Legendary food. I mention it, maybe a bit too often, in casual conversation. It's my first thought after anything associated with fish, smoking anything, or canned meat.
If someone is on the fence, but hasn't ever tried it, do yourself a big favor and snatch up at least one can of this unforgettable delicacy before it's gone.
I'm now disabled with only $800 a month income, so this is absolutely agonizing for me, as I calculate how many days I'm willing to live on potatoes to sate this recurring, intrusive, near-obsessed child-foodie memory of the single best thing I have ever eaten in my life, at 10 y/o, 45 years ago.
Honestly, 2 weeks on ramen/taters to afford 1 can of this? Unquestionably,100% worth it. It's also worth every penny they're selling it for, and much more if it becomes your #1 food memory to last a lifetime, like mine has been.
If I sell my truck I can buy it all. These are my actual thoughts. I was a prudent, rational person just a few short minutes ago.
There's nothing like a good food memory to transport one back to childhood. Thanks for sharing!
