Very good tuna for all kinds of cooking or eating plain.

Smoked Sturgeon was first. Very good. Crab is for Christmas. The others I haven’t decided yet. I know I will love them!

I was buying fresh and having them shipped from California. This is so convenient and I am able to have them whenever I want. They are already chopped up so that's alright also. I will be making chowder soon and I know it will be Devine because I have used Cannon Beach clams for decades. I will always have these in my pantry from now on. Thank you.
