There are foods we like, those we love, and even favorites, but then there is the very special class of foods I can only categorize as Legendary.
For me, the smoked sturgeon I had when I was about 10 or 11 years old has been that Legendary food. I mention it, maybe a bit too often, in casual conversation. It's my first thought after anything associated with fish, smoking anything, or canned meat.
If someone is on the fence, but hasn't ever tried it, do yourself a big favor and snatch up at least one can of this unforgettable delicacy before it's gone.
I'm now disabled with only $800 a month income, so this is absolutely agonizing for me, as I calculate how many days I'm willing to live on potatoes to sate this recurring, intrusive, near-obsessed child-foodie memory of the single best thing I have ever eaten in my life, at 10 y/o, 45 years ago.
Honestly, 2 weeks on ramen/taters to afford 1 can of this? Unquestionably,100% worth it. It's also worth every penny they're selling it for, and much more if it becomes your #1 food memory to last a lifetime, like mine has been.
If I sell my truck I can buy it all. These are my actual thoughts. I was a prudent, rational person just a few short minutes ago.
