Willapa Bay Oysters are soaked in a sweet brine and smoked to perfection.

We purchase fresh oysters from Willapa Bay and then smoke them in-house. Willapa Bay is known for its pristine estuary waters and has been home to the oyster industry for over 160 years. The bay is large and shallow, approximately 25 miles long and 8 miles wide, along the Pacific Ocean north and east of Long Beach, Washington.
